International Arrivals

The Region of Waterloo International Airport (YKF) is classified as an Airport of Entry (AOE) by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and all general aviation flights must report to the telephone reporting centre at 1-888-CANPASS.

All passengers arriving on flights originating outside of Canada are required to clear border inspection through Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).

Hours of Operation

CBSA operates free of charge on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. local time.
2 hours Prior Notice (PN) is required for ALL aircraft operators requiring CBSA services.

Fee-based after-hours CBSA clearance is available weekdays from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. local time; Saturday and Sunday  and on the following statutory holidays:
